Welcome! You are about to complete the online certification application for Orange County Government, FL. Firms applying for certification must meet the requirements set forth in the Orange County M/WBE Ordinance, Chapter 17, Article III, Division 4 of the Orange County Code.

*Please note: As we are in the midst of a disparity study and pending the recommendations, the requirements for certification may change. Please confirm with staff to make sure the requirements are up to date.

For further assistance with completing the application please attend the Certification workshop offered the second Monday of each month from 2-4 PM. To RSVP for the workshop, call 407-836-7323.
